<<Villajoyosa / La Vila Joiosa

Alonis Living Playa del Torres brings contemporary coastal living to Villajoyosa on the Costa Blanca, less than a five-minute walk from Playa del Torres. Its curved architecture creates bright homes with generous terraces, with private gardens at ground level and solariums on selected penthouses. The development comprises 164 apartments and penthouses with one, two or three bedrooms, arranged in four blocks across three sales phases. Phase III is now on sale and construction is underway. Exxacon published an expected delivery date of December 2028; completion dates remain subject to confirmation. Communal facilities include a rooftop infinity pool and barbecue area, adult and children's pools, a heated swimming lane and jacuzzi, indoor gym, outdoor calisthenics circuit, gourmet lounge, coworking space and putting green with mini-golf. The October 2026 agency price list identifies 33 homes offered for sale, from €339,000. Each listed home has an allocated parking space and storage room. Prices, garden sizes, terraces and total built areas vary by unit; taxes and purchase costs are additional. Villajoyosa's historic centre and services are nearby, with road connections to Benidorm, Altea and Alicante airport.
